Flow

Retreat Flow & Program Highlights

DAY 1 LIFE BASE – SOIL & COMPOST

Begin with a heart‑opening ceremony and tobacco offering to honor the mountain spirits, then enter into the sacred alchemy of soil and compost, grounding your intentions in the living earth.

DAY 2  SEED SOVEREIGNTY, LOCAL BIODIVERSITY, AND FORAGING

Awaken with a “Feeding the Sun” ritual and gentle yoga, then learn the sacred art of seed sovereignty before mindfully foraging in the forest, tuning into the pulse of local life.

Day 3 & 4 – EARTH OVEN – NATURAL BUILDING WITH EARTH & BAMBOO
Over two days, move from meditation and natural‑building theory into hands‑on creation: mix cob, weave bamboo, sculpt and insulate your adobe oven, then fire it up—each layer a prayer of resilience, each touch a dance with the elements.

Day 5 – SACRED VOICE ACTIVATION AND DRUMMING WORKSHOP

Explore the power of your own voice through guided activation exercises and sacred chanting, then craft a simple drum and weave your rhythms into a healing sound circle that awakens your inner song.

Day 6 & 7 – TRADITIONAL LIVELIHOODS
Spend two days immersed in ancestral knowledge: learn Uraklawoi sea‑heritage and community crafts in local villages, share meals with elders, and close each evening with a sweat lodge ceremony, embracing grief and praise as pathways to transformation.

Day 8 – LIFE DESIGN PROJECT – LIVING THROUGH THE PATH OF BEAUTY
Summit new heights with mindful rock climbing, pen a “Letter to Your Community,” and close in a cacao ceremony and sound bath, sealing your commitment to walk the path of beauty.
