We’re hiring a Thai Outdoor Education Field Lead to guide powerful outdoor learning experiences for youth. Whether you’ve studied ecology, environmental science, or education or just love the Earth and want to make a difference we want to hear from you.

We want people who are lit up by adventure, passionate about protecting the planet, have a love for nature and are drawn to helping kids unlock their wildest potential.

If you thrive in teams, feel a sense of joy and purpose in hearing the call of hornbills returning to their habitat, and have a knack for blending ecological education with epic experiences then you’ll thrive with us.

We’re looking for a Freelance Outdoor Education Programme Lead to guide transformative outdoor learning adventures rooted in sustainability education. You’ll hold group spaces, keep kids engaged, safe and having fun, foster environmental stewardship and lead with your full heart. If you’re the right fit, there’s a clear path to a permanent role with our core team.

🧭 What You’ll Do

You’ll lead the day, hold the vision and the ‘why’, and guide the team through immersive, unforgettable field programmes. Your role blends leadership, high skill competency, storytelling, coordination with our super logistics team, and the powerful facilitation of group experiences—designed to ignite and support the next generation of changemakers. No two days are the same. Many of our programmes intersect with community-based ecotourism, wildlife monitoring, and regenerative conservation work, giving you real-world experience in sustainable nature-based livelihoods. One day you’re guiding a kayak adventure along dugong feeding grounds, the next you’re hiking up to a reforestation project to witness nature’s slow return. Always, it’s about connection – to nature, the Earth and heart.

You’ll:

Guide youth and school groups through outdoor learning and ecological experiences
Lead briefings and mentor junior staff
Coordinate safety, meals, logistics, and programme flow
Adapt in real-time to group needs, weather, and energy
Occasionally lead overnight programmes (max 2/month)
Hold the emotional, educational, and operational centre of the day

✨ Who You Are

You don’t need every certification—you need the values. We’ll train the rest.

You must:

Be Thai national with good English
Love being outdoors – mud, bugs, rain!
Embody curiosity, presence, and play
Care deeply about the Earth and be passionate about engaging young people in this same care
Work brilliantly with people (young and old)
Stay calm under pressure and be able to adapt and pivot – you cannot predict what each programme will bring and the conditions it runs in!
Want to grow into your full leadership potential

Big help if you have:

Experience or a certification in kayaking, canoeing, scuba diving, open water swimming, climbing, ecology, or sports
Have a degree in an environmental or education-related field

We will also fill any training gaps in outdoor learning facilitation with our internal training programmes, we’ll co-fund your external training and certifications in outdoor adventuring (you choose the path—kayak, climb, dive…) and enable serious growth potential through our conscious leadership development programme

We’re a grassroots team based in Southern Thailand blending ecological restoration, community-building, and transformative education. Our work happens outdoors, reforesting hillsides, planting seagrass, restoring coral reefs, and we turn all of it into hands-on learning for students, interns, travelers, and local communities.

Now, we’re ready to share these stories with the world and we’re looking for creative souls to help us do that. If you’ve got a camera, a Canva board, a hundred ideas, and a love for the wild, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

You’re someone who:

Sees stories everywhere, in muddy boots, morning light on a mangrove, laughter around a lunch table
Has a sharp creative eye and sharp editing skills to match
Thrives behind the lens, on the timeline, or in a hammock with a sketchbook of ideas

What You’ll Do:

Shoot and edit photos, reels, short films, interviews, and behind-the-scenes of our projects
Design infographics and visual lessons that bring complex ideas to life
Turn raw moments into scroll-stopping stories across IG, YouTube, TikTok, and more
Help develop digital learning resources and brand campaigns that inspire people
Collaborate with a fun and mission-driven team who care deeply about the planet (and each other)
Create and manage marketing strategies and campaigns

What You Bring:

A solid content portfolio (photography + videography)
Fluency in post-production (Adobe Suite: Premiere, Lightroom, PS, AI)
Experience in social media marketing
Love for sustainability, storytelling, and meaningful impact
Fluent Thai + English (written and spoken)
You live in Krabi or willing to relocate

Format Canva graphics, update our site, and keep visuals fresh + fun

What You Bring:

Experience in marketing or admin support
