Booking is confirmed once itinerary, accommodation selection, number of participants are confirmed and 50% deposit is paid and received by Naturemind-ed. 2nd final payment (50%) must be paid 30 days prior to agreed date of activity commencement, unless agreed otherwise. Once a deposit is paid then numbers of participant can change depending on availability of accommodation up to 3 months (90 days) prior to date of the first day of the trip. Any alterations in itinerary, number of participants are adjusted less than 90 days prior to trip commencement date, additional fees may be charged. Cancellation Policy : 50% deposit will NOT be refunded if cancellation is done less than 3 months (90 days) before the date of activity booking.
